Celonis is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to drive strategic AI initiatives across the customer journey, from pre-sales to renewal. You will architect AI agents and autonomous frameworks, test MVPs with account teams, and scale successful approaches into playbooks for the wider org.

You’ll partner with CCO, Product & Engineering, Industry Teams and Business Apps to continuously improve agentify journeys while leveraging your expertise in LLMs, AI agents, and Celonis platform capabilities.

Formación

• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agent frameworks (Claude, MCP, LangChain).
• Prompt engineering, agent orchestration and production-grade automation.
• Strong software skills in Python and SQL, with Celonis platform familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Own AI roadmap and prioritization for the Customer Journey part (Pre-Sales, Deploy, Expand).
• Architect next-gen AI agents, autonomous frameworks, and MVP validation with customers.
• Co-create new product functionality and scale successful assets across teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Field teams to drive adoption.
