ERNI is seeking a senior AI/ML engineer to shape a governance-first, enterprise-grade conversational analytics platform for clinical operations. You will build Python-based applications, leverage LLM agents, Snowflake, and advanced analytics in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, gain autonomy, and contribute to quality, compliance, and innovation while benefiting from ERNI's supportive onboarding and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Strong production experience developing Python applications.
• Advanced SQL with analytic queries, window functions and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and LLM agent architectures (e.g., ReAct or plan-and-execute).
