ERNI is seeking a senior AI/ML engineer to design, build and operate an enterprise conversational analytics agent for governed clinical operations data in Barcelona. You will apply Python, LLM agents, Snowflake, and advanced analytics to deliver reliable, explainable, and secure AI-powered insights.

Formación

• Strong production experience developing applications in Python.
• Advanced SQL expertise with analytical queries and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, function calling and LLM agent architectures such as ReAct or plan-and-execute.
• Experience with Snowflake, data modelling, and conversational analytics or text-to-SQL solutions.
• Experience orchestrating AI agents using LangGraph or comparable agent frameworks.
• Experience with AI evaluation, observability and CI/CD practices for production-grade AI systems.

You will apply your knowledge of Python, LLM Agents, Snowflake, and advanced analytics to deliver reliable, explainable, and secure AI-powered insights. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a governance-first environment focused on quality, compliance, and innovation.

What You Will Bring

You will implement agent orchestration, semantic integrations, evaluation frameworks and observability capabilities while ensuring traceability, security, responsible AI practices and high-quality answers across critical business domains.
