Factorial HR is seeking a Senior Product Software Engineer to shape the Operations domain in Barcelona. You will design and ship AI-enabled features that scale across many companies, focusing on reliability and user experience, working with cross-functional teams to transform probabilistic AI concepts into tangible product outcomes.

You will review AI outputs for security and scalability, coordinate multiple agents, and help transitions from deterministic to probabilistic thinking while

Formación

• 4+ years in software engineering.
• Experience shipping AI-powered features in production.
• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and React.
• Understanding of integrating AI models into scalable cloud-native environments.
• Ability to explain complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative communication.

You will design and ship AI-enabled features that scale across many companies, focusing on reliability, user experience, and production readiness. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to turn probabilistic AI concepts into tangible product outcomes.
