Factorial HR in Barcelona is seeking a Staff AI Analytics Engineer to shape our analytics platform with a focus on advanced architectures, semantic modeling, and AI-powered data workflows.

You will design high-performance data pipelines, lead architectural decisions, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science to translate business questions into scalable solutions for millions of users.

Formación

• Strong SQL skills with ClickHouse experience and OLAP fundamentals.
• Experience with semantic modeling, cubing, and pre-aggregations.
• Proven ability to integrate LLMs into analytics workflows with governance.
• Experience designing scalable data pipelines and streaming with Kafka.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and data integration tooling.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and container tech (Docker/Kubernetes).

Responsabilidades

• Lead architectural decisions around modeling, performance, governance, observability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science to translate business questions into scalable solutions.
• Lead evolution of Factorial's analytics platform and how data becomes actionable for millions of users.
• Design high-performance pipelines using ClickHouse and Kafka-based streaming.
• Integrate LLMs into analytics workflows (text-to-SQL, natural-language querying, conversational BI) with governance.
• Apply prompt engineering, tool calling, and embedding-based retrieval (RAG).
• Build shared capabilities to enable other teams to develop intelligent analytic experiences.
