Factorial HR is seeking a Staff AI Engineer for the API & Integrations Team in Barcelona. You will own end-to-end API and integrations, shaping developer and user experiences, while enabling cross-product consistency across ATS, payroll and ERP systems.

You will mentor peers and help define the AI-enabled integration roadmap following the YepCode acquisition. You will collaborate with Product and Design to ensure API capabilities meet user needs, and you will contribute to the long-term

• Own end-to-end API and integrations framework development from problem to production shipping.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to align API capabilities with user needs.
• Ensure cross-product consistency across ATS, payroll, ERPs and other services.
• Mentor peers and drive engineering excellence across teams.
• Shape AI-related concepts within the YepCode roadmap and monitor impact.
