Novartis in Barcelona, Spain, seeks Associate Director – DDIT US&I AI Solution Architect to lead the design of intelligent, scalable data and AI solutions for commercial analytics across markets. You will define reference architectures and guide delivery with product managers, data scientists and engineers.

This role requires 10+ years in enterprise architecture, strong security/compliance, and hands-on experience with pharma data ecosystems like IQVIA, Veeva, and Symphony.

Formación

• Experience leading cross-functional architecture across business, data, and technology teams.
• Strong security, compliance, and privacy knowledge in pharma commercial settings.
• Experience with IQVIA, Veeva, and Symphony in pharma data ecosystems.
• Familiarity with customer data platforms, identity resolution, and marketing tools.
• Expertise in integrating solutions across Martech, CRM, and omnichannel systems.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML architectures for commercial use cases.

Responsabilidades

• Define reference architecture for commercial data and AI products aligned with enterprise standards
• Architect integration between data platforms and AI tools for omnichannel engagement and analytics
• Design scalable, modular solutions supporting multiple markets, brands, and data domains
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to guide solution delivery
• Enable full lifecycle of data and AI within secure, compliant environments
• Ensure architectural compliance with GxP, data privacy, and consent management standards
• Recommend modern technologies to enhance personalization, targeting, and performance analytics
