Novartis Farmacéutica, S.A. in Barcelona seeks an Associate Director – DDIT US&I AI Solution Architect (Commercial) to define scalable data and AI architectures that power omnichannel engagement across markets.

You will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver secure, compliant solutions, integrating Martech, CRM, and analytics; driving personalization and performance analytics in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Formación

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional architecture efforts across business, data, and technology teams.
• Strong understanding of security, privacy regulations in pharmaceutical commercial settings.
• Experience with commercial pharma data ecosystems such as IQVIA, Veeva, and Symphony.
• Familiarity with customer data platforms, identity resolution, and marketing automation tools.
• Expertise in integrating solutions across Martech, CRM, and omnichannel systems.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML architectures supporting commercial use cases like recommendation engines and predictive analytics.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in CS, engineering, data science, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Define reference architecture for commercial data and AI products aligned with enterprise standards.
• Architect integration between data platforms and AI tools for omnichannel engagement and analytics.
• Design scalable, modular solutions supporting multiple markets, brands, and data domains.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to guide solution delivery.
• Enable full lifecycle of data and AI within secure, compliant environments.
• Ensure architectural compliance with GxP, data privacy, and consent management standards.
• Recommend modern technologies to enhance personalization, targeting, and performance analytics.
