BIP Iberia seeks a Manager / Senior Data & AI Architect to join our Barcelona team, driving the application of Data, Analytics and AI within Life Sciences. You will bridge strategy, business needs and technology, working with local and international teams to deliver production-grade solutions.

You will lead end-to-end architectures, engage in pre-sales, mentor colleagues and help grow the Life Sciences practice in Barcelona and beyond.

Formación

• 7+ years in Data, Analytics, Cloud or AI with architecture/leadership.
• Deep Life Sciences domain knowledge and regulatory context.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end Data, Analytics and AI architectures including lakehouse, governance and MLOps.
• Translate Life Sciences business needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Act as trusted technical advisor for CIOs, CDOs and business leaders.
• Lead pre-sales activities: workshops, RFP/RFI responses, estimates and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Commercial Leaders and Partners to mature opportunities.
• Provide technical leadership to Data Engineers, Data Scientists and ML engineers.
• Define architecture standards across security, observability, and data quality.
• Support production solutions ensuring operability, security and cost control.
• Mentor junior colleagues and raise the technical bar.
