Job summary

GFT Technologies España is seeking a Senior Sales Leader to drive new customer acquisition for Smaragd.AI, a leading AI-powered compliance suite for financial institutions. You will focus on the DACH market and collaborate with international teams to secure strategic customers and expand our footprint in banking, insurance, and industry sectors.

You will report to the Senior Vice President for Software Solutions and lead cross-functional teams, shaping market positioning and futures topics in

Qualifications

Relevant experience in the successful sale of sophisticated software solutions to new customers in DACH and abroad, especially in the banking, insurance and/or industrial sectors.
High level of self-motivation and interest in driving new topics.
College or university degree in fields such as computer science or business administration. We also love career changers and returnees who, in addition to many years of sales success, also bring other perspectives and experience!
Confident dealings with stakeholders and the client's senior management
Strong networking skills both internally and externally.
And very good in either German, Spanish or Portuguese will be a big plus.

Responsibilities

New customer acquisition for Smaragd.AI, our leading AI-powered compliance suite that helps financial institutions and regulated entities fight financial crime, mitigate risk, and meet evolving regulatory requirements.
Report directly to the Senior Vice President for Software Solutions at GFT.
Acquire new customers with a focus on our home market in DACH, and drive acquisition together with international colleagues in the GFT countries.
Manage and lead interdisciplinary teams for successful acquisition of new customers.
Support the positioning of our software solutions and our competencies in AFC/AML, Compliance, Data & AI as GFT's core competence.
Support Product Management for Smaragd with identifying future topics relevant for prospective customers, especially in banking and insurance.
