Jobgether seeks a Senior AI/ML Engineer based in Spain to architect and build an enterprise-grade Agentic AI orchestration platform from the ground up. You will design scalable AI systems combining large language models, retrieval, multi-agent workflows, and reusable components.

You will provide technical leadership, shaping modular architectures and guiding security, reliability, and production readiness. A fully remote setup with senior ownership awaits.

Formación

• 10+ years of overall experience in software engineering and/or AI/ML with senior-level responsibilities.
• Strong experience building and operating LLM-based applications in production.
• Advanced Python development skills and production-grade backend experience.
• Hands-on experience with Claude API integration into real-world AI applications.
• Experience with LangGraph and/or LangChain for orchestrating complex AI workflows.
• Proven ability to design Agentic AI architectures and multi-agent systems.
• Strong knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases.
• Advanced prompt-engineering capabilities to improve LLM accuracy and reliability.
• Experience designing scalable APIs using FastAPI.
• Understanding of AI security, responsible AI, privacy, and enterprise governance.
• Experience with enterprise-scale or regulated data environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of an enterprise-grade Agentic AI orchestration platform.
• Design modular, reusable AI components and intelligent agents using a Bricks/multi-node architecture.
• Develop production-grade LLM applications leveraging Claude APIs, LangGraph, LangChain, RAG, and multi-agent workflows.
• Define scalable, secure, and enterprise-suitable AI architectures.
• Build scalable APIs and backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• Design retrieval-augmented generation solutions and integrate vector databases.
• Develop advanced prompt-engineering strategies to improve performance.
• Establish AI security and responsible AI practices for regulated data.
• Provide technical leadership across architecture and engineering decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust AI solutions.
• Troubleshoot challenges to improve platform reliability and capabilities.
