Jobgether is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer based in Spain to design and build the foundational platform layer behind secure, production-grade AI applications. You will create reusable infrastructure, services, and developer tooling to scale AI capabilities across teams.

This fully remote role focuses on LLMs, RAG, vector search, tool calling, and AI workflows, with collaboration across Engineering, Product, and IT to establish patterns and governance for AI deployment.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in data/platform engineering or related field with production systems.
• Proficient in Python and SQL with hands-on AI/LLM experience.
• Experience building AI infrastructure, including LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector search.
• Strong data engineering fundamentals and secure data access.
• Experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) and tooling (dbt, Airflow).
• Track record delivering shared AI infrastructure and production deployment.
• Fluent English communication; remote-ready collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build reusable platform capabilities for LLM apps, AI agents, RAG, and AI workflows.
• Develop scalable data and knowledge pipelines for ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, and vector search.
• Create secure integrations between AI apps, enterprise data, and business systems.
• Develop frameworks, libraries, SDKs, and tooling for engineering teams.
• Establish standards for AI deployment, observability, and lifecycle management.
• Measure AI quality, latency, reliability, security, and cost.
• Move AI capabilities from prototyping to reliable production deployment.
• Ensure security, privacy, authentication, authorization, and data governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI models and technologies for business value.
• Contribute to platform architecture and reusable AI capabilities across the org.
