Accenture España is seeking an AI Engineer (Agentic/Applied) to design, build, and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems across enterprise stacks. You will collaborate with client engineering teams, lead technical design sessions, and create reusable patterns that scale beyond individual engagements.

The role focuses on multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, LLM integration, and production observability, with pathways to advanced partnerships and enterprise impact.

Formación

• Production-grade software engineering experience is required.
• Hands-on deployment of agentic AI solutions in production is essential.
• Experience with agentic orchestration frameworks at production depth.
• Direct experience calling LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI).
• Ownership of RAG pipelines and vector databases.
• Fundamentals of LLMOps including eval harnesses and versioning.
• Cloud-native: Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, IaC.
• Strong Python; knowledge of Java is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build production-grade agentic systems end-to-end.
• Lead technical design sessions with client engineering teams.
• Develop reusable patterns and accelerators for scale.
• Implement LLMOps, observability, and cost management in prod.
• Work with clients to prototype, deploy, and operationalize AI solutions.
• Define metrics for accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
