Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner company, seeks an AI/ML & Forward Deployed Engineer based in Spain to build and deploy high-impact AI solutions. You will combine software engineering, ML, and MLOps/LLMOps expertise to deliver scalable AI products.

You will work across the full AI lifecycle—from experiments to production—ensuring security, governance, observability, and data quality while translating business needs into measurable technical outcomes.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software/technical engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with ML/AI and deployment.
• Experience building GenAI with LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy ML, AI, and GenAI solutions from proof of concept through production.
• Build ML models and apps for NLP, forecasting, classification, regression, and anomaly detection.
• Develop production‑grade GenAI apps using LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, retrieval optimization, and prompt engineering.
• Establish evaluation frameworks to assess model quality, reliability, and performance.
• Create scalable AI services via REST/gRPC APIs and event‑driven architectures.
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps, including deployment, versioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Containerize with Docker and Kubernetes and integrate into CI/CD pipelines.
