Jobgether is seeking a Head of Agent Architecture in Spain to shape AI agent design, evaluation, and deployment for a next-generation platform. You will define the technical vision for multi-agent workflows, state management, tool usage, and RAG-based patterns while staying hands-on with complex architectural challenges.

You’ll build and lead a small team, mentor engineers, and own strategic discovery with senior client leadership to translate ambiguous briefs into robust technical solutions.

Formación

• 8+ years of direct experience with Generative AI and large language models (GPT/Claude/Gemini).
• 2+ years of people leadership or technical function management.

Responsabilidades

• Define the technical vision for agent architecture and scalable patterns.
• Lead and mentor a small team of Agent Architects.
