Jobgether seeks a Senior Automation Specialist based in Spain to transform complex operational processes through AI and intelligent workflow design. This hands-on role focuses on turning repetitive tasks into reliable automation, integrating APIs, AI agents, and low-code platforms while collaborating with business leaders to deliver measurable efficiency.

Formación

• 3–5 years of professional automation experience with demonstrable automations that replaced meaningful manual work.
• Ability to integrate APIs and connect systems not originally designed to communicate.
• Hands-on experience with low-code/workflow platforms such as n8n.
• Practical experience building AI agents (Claude/Codex) in real operational workflows.
• Strong systems-thinking skills to translate complex processes into structured automation architectures.
• Experience delivering automation in an engineering environment, with focus on reliability and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain intelligent automation and reasoning layers for operational workflows, enabling tasks to be routed based on business logic.
• Translate complex manual processes into scalable automation in partnership with domain experts.
• Build AI agents using Claude, Codex, or similar tools, including testing and quality assurance.
• Define business rules, data-quality controls, validation gates, and safety mechanisms.
• Connect internal systems and third-party services through APIs, webhooks, n8n, and related technologies.
• Navigate complex integration environments and connect disparate systems.
• Develop frontend applications and automation components with TypeScript and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Deploy and maintain solutions through GitHub and GitHub Actions, using AWS services and storage (S3, databases).
• Own automation projects end-to-end from discovery through production deployment and iteration.
• Collaborate with leaders across payments, debt, tendering, partner activation, and other functions to identify opportunities.
• Continuously reprioritize initiatives based on operational impact and measurable benefits.
• Measure success by efficiency gains and hours saved, and monitor production workflows for improvements.
• Stay updated with AI tooling trends and bring innovations into the organization.
• Act as an internal product owner for operational efficiency, balancing speed and reliability.
