Job summary

DAZN Bet in Spain is seeking an Affiliate Account Manager to own and grow our affiliate partnerships across the Spanish market. You will identify, recruit and onboard partners, manage campaigns, and use performance data to drive sustainable customer acquisition and long-term value.

You will work closely with the Spain market team and central DAZN Bet functions to ensure affiliate activity complies with local gambling regulation, advertising rules, and brand standards while delivering strong ROI

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in affiliate marketing, digital partnerships, account management or performance marketing in iGaming or online betting.
• Strong knowledge of CPA, Revenue Share and Hybrid agreements and ability to negotiate partnerships.
• Track record of optimizing acquisition performance across FTDs, CPA, conversion, ROI, and retention.
• Analytical and commercial judgement to turn performance data into actions.
• Experience managing external partners and building long-term relationships.
• Knowledge of digital acquisition, tracking, attribution and affiliate platforms.
• Understanding of Spanish regulated betting and gaming market and advertising requirements.
• Excellent organisation and stakeholder-management skills, able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Native-level Spanish and fluent English; strong Excel/Sheets; BI experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard high-quality affiliate partners across Spain, focusing on sustainable customer acquisition and long-term player value.
• Build and manage strong relationships with affiliate partners, owning campaigns, placements, performance discussions and day-to-day commercial requirements.
• Negotiate and manage CPA, Revenue Share and Hybrid agreements, ensuring terms deliver sustainable acquisition economics and ROI.
• Monitor and optimise performance across FTDs, CPA, conversion, GGR/NGR, retention and ROI using data to drive improvements.
• Coordinate with local Marketing, CRM and Creative teams to deliver effective affiliate campaigns and assets.
• Ensure affiliate activity complies with Spanish gambling regulation, advertising requirements and brand guidelines.
• Own reporting and forecasting across affiliate performance, spend and partner activity, providing insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Commercial, Compliance, Finance, Product and central Affiliate team to resolve issues and maximise channel performance.
• Stay close to the Spanish betting and affiliate landscape to spot new partners and market trends.
