Realtime Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive new business and engage directly with C-suite and senior decision-makers. This global fintech role requires a track record in fintech or related high-growth environments and the ability to sell complex SaaS solutions across multiple stakeholders.

You will own the full sales cycle, build strategic relationships, and help shape sales processes as the company scales internationally.

Formación

• 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong track record against quota.
• Experience selling complex SaaS solutions to C-suite and senior decision-makers.
• Startup/scale-up experience with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
• Build relationships with C-suite and senior business leaders.
• Proactively create demand and challenge prospects' status quo.
• Sell complex SaaS solutions to multiple stakeholders across the organisation.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline, accurately forecast, and consistently deliver against quota.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to develop market strategy and sales messaging.
• Help shape sales processes and playbooks as the business scales.
