Revolut is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment to drive new business in the mid-market segment. You will identify high-potential prospects, qualify needs during the sign-up process, and match customers to the best plan based on their requirements, helping them adopt new features and increase usage.

You’ll collaborate with Product and Support to deepen relationships, close high-value deals, and contribute to a robust feedback loop.

Formación

• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian.
• 1+ years in Sales or Business Development.
• 3+ years as an Account Executive.
• Proven track record closing high-value deals.
• Strong prospecting skills.
• Experience in fast-paced fintech environments.
• Excellent relationship-building with senior decision-makers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with Product and Support.

Responsabilidades

• Activating new customers in the mid-market segment.
• Prospecting mid-market accounts based on indicators such as turnover, headcount, industry, etc.
• Conducting discovery and qualification during sign-up, with guidance.
• Collaborating with Product Sales Executives to deepen customer relationships and enable cross-sell.
