Sherpas is seeking a Backend engineer in Marbella to build and maintain connectors to custodial data, CRM, and financial tools. You’ll turn bespoke onboarding into standard configuration and ensure data accuracy as data flows from external systems.

Strong Python and SQL skills are required, plus experience with undocumented or rate-limited APIs. Frontend basics help enable the configuration UI for non-engineers.

• Backend engineer with integration experience, including undocumented or rate-limited APIs.
• Ability to design for failure: retries, partial data, reconciliation breaks.
• Strong Python and SQL skills for data-heavy integrations.
• Create tooling so others can self-serve onboarding and configuration.
