Sherpas is seeking a backend engineer focused on integration to simplify onboarding across custodial data, CRM, and financial planning tools. You will build reliable connectors and ensure data reconciliations while reducing bespoke work through configuration over code.

You will work with a pragmatic, cross-disciplinary team to design resilient integrations, handle edge cases, and contribute to the configuration UI.

Formación

• Backend engineer with real integration scars.
• Experience with undocumented, inconsistent, rate-limited APIs.
• Strong Python and SQL.
• Build tooling for other people instinctively.
• Experience with custodial financial data feeds and reconciliations.
• Experience turning services-heavy onboarding into self-serve product.
• Frontend skills to enable configuration UI.
