Sherpas is seeking an Integration Engineer to design and maintain connectors for custodial data, CRM, and financial planning tools in Zaragoza, Spain. The role focuses on making onboarding configurable, not code-based, so customers can self-serve where possible.

You will own data reconciliation, handle integration failures gracefully, and build tooling to empower non-engineers. Strong Python/SQL and frontend skills are required.

Formación

• Backend engineer with real integration scars from undocumented, inconsistent, rate-limited APIs.
• Experience handling failure modes: retries, partial data, silent changes, reconciliation breaks.
• Strong Python and SQL; ability to build tooling for others.
• Experience turning onboarding into a self-serve product.
• Frontend skills to enable configuration UI.

Responsabilidades

• Build, maintain and harden connectors for custodial data, CRM and planning tools.
• Ensure data reconciles; upstream figures must be accurate and auditable.
• Turn bespoke onboarding into standard configuration, reducing engineering work.
• Protect the product roadmap by preventing onboarding delays.
