UST is seeking a Scrum Master to join our Madrid team on a hybrid basis. You will work with a global wealth management client and a high-caliber cross-functional team to deliver impactful programs.

The role emphasizes strong Agile coaching, collaboration with IT and business stakeholders, and ownership of delivery excellence. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Scrum/Agile delivery, facilitation experience, and fluent English.

Main tasks and accountabilities:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
• Understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
• Familiarity with software development and delivery environments.
• Experience working within cross-functional technology teams is a nice to have.
• Technical Understanding – A deep technical background is not required, but the candidate should have a working understanding of: Software releases and deployment processes, testing activities, Incident and problem management processes.
