Job summary

UST is seeking a Scrum Master to join a wealth management project, delivering impactful programs with IT and business stakeholders. The role offers a hybrid work model in Madrid (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH) with relocation flexibility.

You will lead cross-functional teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure effective delivery in a multinational environment. Strong communication and ownership are essential to success in this role.

We are looking for a Scrum Master to contribute in a project with one of our global customers in wealth management. We are building a very strong team comprised of high caliber professionals that will work closely with the client’s IT and Business stakeholders to deliver impactful programs.

Your main tasks and accountabilities will be:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proactive attitude with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
• Understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
• Familiarity with software development and delivery environments.
• Experience working within cross-functional technology teams is a nice to have.
• Technical Understanding
• A deep technical background is not required, but the candidate should have a working understanding of: Software releases and deployment processes, testing activities, Incident and problem management processes.
