1ES02 NorthgateArinso Granada S.L.U. is seeking a seasoned SAP HR functional consultant to analyze client business processes, translate requirements into technical specifications, and lead ERP configurations across multiple environments.

You will collaborate with IT CAM teams and case controllers to optimize service delivery. The role requires hands-on experience with SAP HR modules (payroll, time, portal) and strong English communication.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in supporting customers with a successful track record.
• Knowledge of SAP HR modules including payroll, time, and portal.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze client business processes using SAP HR and euHReka to optimize service.
• Gather and translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
• Plan configuration and define business processes from requirements.
• Present integrated prototypes to customers and support deployment.
• Monitor adaptation, testing, and training for the implemented solution.
• Provide ongoing client support and identify new requirements.
