Job summary

Accenture is seeking a SAP HCM Consultant in Spain to participate in development, delivery and maintenance of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors solutions, capturing requirements and translating them into SAP specs. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams, locally and remotely, to ensure successful deployment.

Excellent English and Spanish, plus strong communication and teamwork, are essential. Occasional travel may be required as you collaborate with clients and delivery centers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience with HCM
• Excellent English and Spanish
• Strong communication skills and a good team player
• Occasional travel may be required

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and maintain SAP HCM solutions
• Capture functional and technical requirements from the client
• Translate business requirements into SAP specifications
• Lead and manage projects, including client relationships and coordination with delivery centers across the globe
