Nordex Group in Tajonar near Pamplona is seeking an SAP HCM Consultant to design, implement, and continuously improve SAP HCM solutions in an Agile environment.

You will collaborate with process owners, implementation partners, and IT to deliver end-to-end SAP HCM processes, including Payroll and Time Management, with on-premise and SuccessFactors knowledge. Fluency in Spanish and English required; international exposure preferred.

Formación

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable.
• 2+ years of experience as an SAP-HCM consultant in international environments.
• Strong process and technical expertise in SAP HCM On-Premise, SuccessFactors and SAP-Fiori.
• Solid knowledge of SAP Payroll and Time Management processes.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies; practical experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of interface support and integration technologies (IDocs, SAP CPI) desirable.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement SAP HCM solutions in coordination with process owners and IT providers.
• Support in an agile environment for SAP HCM on premise, H4S4 and SuccessFactors.
• Lead projects or workstreams and coordinate external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Continuously expand industry, technical and SAP knowledge.
