Job summary

Accenture is seeking a SAP HCM Consultant in Spain to participate in development, delivery and maintenance of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors solutions, capturing requirements and translating them into SAP specs. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams, locally and remotely, to ensure successful deployment.

Excellent English and Spanish, plus strong communication and teamwork, are essential. Occasional travel may be required as you collaborate with clients and delivery centers worldwide.

About The Role

Working closely with clients our Technology professionals provide application services, intelligent platform services, software engineering, and cloud, infrastructure and security services. We are currently looking for SAP HCM Consultant in Spain:

As a SAP HCM Consultant, you will participate on development, delivery and maintenance of business solutions based on SAP technologies. You will capture functional and technical requirements from the client and translate business requirements in SAP requirements identifying the best solution. You will be responsible for SuccessFactors solution development, its customizations and deployment of the solution. You will work in multi-disciplinary teams (technical, functional, business) locally and remotely.

Our SuccessFactors Consultants have excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complicated things simply. We measure our success by building a relationship with a client, both business and IT. The most experienced talents will be responsible to lead and manage the projects, financials, the relationship with the client and cooperate with our delivery centers across the globe.

Qualifications

• 3 - 10 years of experience with HCM
• Driving the development of functional and systems specifications experience
• Great knowledge of English and Spanish on a consulting level
• Good communication skills and very good team player
• Occasional travel may be required
