C&A, through rindus, is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors expert to lead the design and deployment of Employee Central and Compensation solutions for an international team. You will translate business needs into technical specs, configure modules, and support onboarding data models and workflows.

Join a distributed team with an office in Málaga or remote work options, backed by a dynamic multicultural environment. Excellent English and hands-on SF configuration are essential for success.

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors.
• Deep knowledge of Employee Central and Compensation modules.
• Proficiency in configuring SuccessFactors solutions.
• Strong HR process knowledge and stakeholder engagement.
• Fluent English.

About our partner

On behalf of our partner C&A , we are looking for the best talent to join rindus. C&A is a multinational retail clothing brand, with stores in all Europe. We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, with the headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany), you will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain ) or from home.

What you'll be doing

• Partake in the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a primary focus on the Employee Central (EC) and Compensation modules, including foundation objects, position management, org structures, workflows, compensation planning, and variable pay templates.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and configure SuccessFactors solutions to meet those needs.
• Support the hiring and onboarding lifecycle in Employee Central, including new hire data model configuration, hiring/rehire workflows, and integration touchpoints with Compensation processes such as offer and starting salary setup.
• Configure and maintain Compensation templates, guidelines, and worksheets to support annual compensation review, merit, and bonus cycles.
• Serve as the technical expert and provide guidance on best practices, solution architecture, and system integrations.
• Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems.
• Engage with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic recommendations for leveraging SuccessFactors to improve HR processes.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to educate stakeholders on solution capabilities and usage.

What you'll bring

• A minimum of 3-5 years practical experience in the implementation and operation of SAP SuccessFactors
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation modules, including hiring, position management, and compensation planning processes.
• Proficiency in configuration of SuccessFactors solutions.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent English.
