rindus is seeking a Senior SAP Delivery & Dependency Manager to join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. You will work within the SAP Core Enablement workstream, coordinating across SAP, Product and Business Teams to ensure delivery readiness and milestone achievement.

The role emphasizes risk management, dependency handling, and clear communication across international stakeholders, with fluency in English (German a plus). The office is in Málaga with flexible remote options.

• 10+ years of experience delivering SAP projects and programmes.
• Experience on large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of SAP delivery lifecycles (functional & technical).
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-team dependencies and RAID items.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication in international environments.

Responsabilidades

We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, with the headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany) , you will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain) or from home.

What you'll be doing

We are looking for a Senior SAP Delivery & Dependency Manager to join a large-scale international SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.

You will be part of the SAP Core Enablement workstream within a highly complex digital transformation environment, working across SAP functional and technical teams, business domains, programme workstreams and System Integrators.

The role is strongly focused on operational execution, dependency management, delivery readiness, alignment and transparency, helping ensure that the different parts of the programme move forward cohesively and key milestones are achieved.

• Drive day-to-day execution across the SAP Core Enablement workstream, ensuring activities, deliverables and key milestones remain on track.
• Maintain integrated workstream plans, critical-path activities and dependencies, proactively identifying risks, delays and bottlenecks.
• Lead the identification and management of cross-workstream dependencies across SAP, Product and Business Teams, Data Migration, Integration, Testing and other programme areas.
• Assess the impact of dependencies and changes on scope, timelines, architecture, testing, deployment and business readiness, proactively driving resolution of blockers.
• Coordinate delivery readiness across SAP, Testing, Data Migration, Integration and Transition teams, including preparation for Build, Test, Cutover and Hypercare phases.
• Identify readiness gaps, risks and unresolved decisions ahead of key milestones and drive appropriate mitigation actions.
• Facilitate operational delivery forums, planning sessions and workshops to align SAP functional and technical teams, business stakeholders and programme workstreams.
• Coordinate operational delivery with SAP implementation partners and other System Integrators, challenging plans, assumptions, dependencies and commitments where required.
• Ensure agreed actions, decisions and deliverables are clearly owned, tracked and followed through to completion.
• Provide clear and transparent reporting on workstream status, delivery health, risks, dependencies and outstanding decisions.
• Communicate complex delivery topics clearly and structurally across different stakeholder groups.

What you'll bring

• 10 years of experience in SAP project and programme delivery.
• Proven experience working on large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of SAP functional and technical delivery lifecycles.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Strong expertise in integrated planning, milestone management, critical-path management, RAID management and decision tracking.
• Experience coordinating activities across Build, Test, Cutover, Hypercare and delivery-readiness phases.
• Previous experience working with System Integrators and complex vendor ecosystems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align SAP teams, business stakeholders, programme leadership and implementation partners.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, including the ability to translate complex delivery topics into clear and actionable messages.
• Experience working within large matrix organisations and international delivery environments.
• Strong judgement and decision-support skills, balancing scope, risk, readiness and delivery pressure.
• A proactive approach to risks and blockers, identifying issues early and driving ownership and resolution.
• Highly structured and organised, with the ability to bring clarity and transparency to complex and ambiguous environments.
• Strong outcome orientation, with a focus on milestone achievement, business readiness and successful delivery.
• Fluent English is required; German would be a plus.
