Job summary

Barcelona YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce and HubSpot Administrator to support revenue systems in a remote contractor role. You will audit CRM data, optimize configurations, and implement governance across CRM and adjacent tools.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in CRM administration, strong SQL and API knowledge, and excellent English communication to collaborate across SaaS platforms. This role offers flexible remote work and engagement with international clients.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.

Responsibilities

Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator - Revenue Systems (SaaS)

Role Type: Contractor

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators - Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You'll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.

Scope of Work
