HBX Group in Spain is seeking a Product Manager Salesforce to design, implement, maintain and evolve Salesforce as Roiback’s customer-centric operating system, ensuring Marketing, Acquisition, Customer Success, Service Desk and Growth work through connected, automated and reliable processes.

• Hands-on Salesforce administration and CRM operations experience.
• Experience with CRM processes, workflows and data quality initiatives.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into Salesforce solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve Salesforce as the commercial operating system.
• Implement Salesforce processes and automations hands-on.
• Ensure CRM data quality, database logic and reporting reliability.
• Enable customer-centric commercial processes.
• Drive AI-enabled Salesforce tools and system integrations.
• Manage Salesforce maintenance, support and adoption.
• Support CRM roadmap and cross-functional governance.
