HBX Group seeks a Salesforce Product Manager to design, implement, and evolve Salesforce as Roiback’s customer-centric operating system. You will enable Marketing, Acquisition, Customer Success, Service Desk and Growth with connected, automated processes.

Minimum 3–5 years in Salesforce admin/CRM product roles is required, with strong data quality, reporting, and AI-enabled tool experience. SaaS or hospitality tech background is a strong plus. Global, dynamic team, diverse culture.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Hands-on Salesforce implementation and maintenance experience.
• Experience in SaaS, B2B tech, or hospitality tech is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve Salesforce as the commercial operating system.
• Implement Salesforce processes and automations hands-on.
• Ensure CRM data quality, database logic and reporting reliability.
• Enable customer-centric commercial processes.
• Drive AI-enabled Salesforce tools and integrations.
• Manage Salesforce maintenance, support and adoption.
• Support CRM roadmap and cross-functional governance.
