Lighthouse, the hospitality AI platform leader, seeks a Salesforce Technical Architect to bridge business needs and technical execution. You’ll design secure, scalable enterprise architecture and contribute hands-on development, spending at least half your time coding.

You’ll define standards for Apex, LWC, and Flow, oversee integrations, and mentor engineers while advancing AI-assisted development across the stack. Hybrid work is available.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with Salesforce (Apex, LWC, SOQL).
• Proven architecting of complex, secure enterprise systems with scalable designs.
• Strong data integration knowledge and API design best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical designs and sign off on architecture before development.
• Lead integration with external systems and data warehouse through APIs and secure messaging.
• Hands-on development using Apex and LWC (≥50% time).
• Mentor developers, perform code reviews, and enforce standards.
• Oversee deployment strategies, CI/CD and DevOps processes.
• Evaluate buy-vs-build options and ensure long-term architectural fit.
