Omega CRM Consulting seeks a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform Manager to lead campaign automation for a major pharma client. You will manage technical aspects across the marketing stack, coordinate with platform teams, and drive efficiency with automation and platform enhancements.

The role requires 2–3 years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign, plus strong SQL, API, and JavaScript skills. English fluency and a tech-forward mindset are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong tech background.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign.
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, ETL, and web API calls.
• Proficiency in ampscript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS; Python is a plus.
• Experience translating business and technical requirements into software enhancements.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Atlassian tools.

Responsabilidades

• Build and automate campaign journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet business briefings.
• Own and optimize campaign processes, including automation and innovation ideas.
• Develop and test technical enhancements (JavaScript, API calls, schema extensions).
• Create and maintain technical workflows, templates, landing pages, and HTML content.
