Making Science is seeking a Salesforce Core Team Lead to drive Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations across client sectors, integrating AI enhancements and leading a high-performing team. You will collaborate with stakeholders, shape cloud architectures, and mentor junior consultants in a fast-growing, international environment.

• Minimum 6–9 years in Salesforce consulting with at least 1 year leading teams.
• Salesforce Administrator certification plus Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant cert.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Approvals.
• Deep data and security model knowledge; reporting capabilities.
• Familiar with agile methodologies and release management tools.
• Ability to discuss architecture (Apex, LWC, integrations) with developers.
• Experience in requirements gathering, workshops, and proposals.
• Industry exposure in Retail, Real Estate, Banking, Energy, or Consumer Goods.
• Demonstrated leadership, delegation, and performance tracking.
• Fluent Spanish and English for international projects.

Responsabilidades

• Team Leadership: Lead functional and technical consultants on Salesforce projects.
• Functional Reference: Own Sales Cloud and Service Cloud automations.
• Client and Project Delivery Management: Manage relationships and deliverables.
• Planning and Quality: Plan, estimate, and ensure delivery quality.
• AI Innovation: Guide generative AI adoption within Salesforce.
• Mentoring: Develop junior and mid-level team members.
