Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, have over 2 years of Salesforce experience, and possess strong communication skills. The Role

• Understand our business, our technology, and our teams to participate in Fever internal development projects.
• Understand business processes and design, test, and continuously improve our Salesforce CRM‑based solutions to meet business requirements.
• Define and implement Salesforce CRM‑based solutions, from functional configuration to Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Component development.
• Deploy metadata between sandboxes and production environments with DevOps.
• Display strong presentation, organizational, and executional skills.
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across departments: Sales, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, Data, and more.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Work proficiency in English.
• 2+ years of relevant development experience on the Salesforce Platform.
• Experience in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
• Proven experience with Salesforce‑based deployments.
• Experience in Google Sheets / AppScript development.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
• Proven experience managing ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies within a product development cycle.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects from concept to completion.
• Curiosity and desire to learn, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies.
• High sense of ownership, urgency, and drive in a fast‑pace environment.
