Barcelona YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator to support revenue systems (CRM, billing, CPQ, ticketing) in a remote, SaaS-focused engagement. You will optimize cross‑system workflows and ensure data integrity while aligning with business policies and governance.

Responsibilities include auditing CRM configurations, resolving data inconsistencies, designing clear operational prompts, and documenting recommended changes.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or similar CRM.
• Led CRM implementations, migrations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with two revenue/operational systems like billing or CPQ.
• SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS)

Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.

• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
