Job summary

Localsoft, S.L. invites an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator to join a remote contractor project focused on Revenue Systems and SaaS operations.

You will audit and optimize CRM platforms, ensure data integrity across billing, CPQ, and ticketing, and document strategic system changes. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years with major CRM platforms, strong data reconciliation skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You'll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
