Job summary

TRISON in A Coruña is seeking a Sales Support & Tender Specialist to manage awarded tenders and assigned accounts, serving as the main contact for administrative and commercial matters. You will identify opportunities from store openings and expansions, coordinate with sales for proposals, and maintain data across CRM/ERP systems.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent, 3+ years of relevant experience, fluent English, advanced Excel skills, and a client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• University degree or higher vocational training in Business Administration, Commerce, Sales Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up awarded tenders and assigned customer accounts.
• Build strong relationships with clients as main point of contact for admin and commercial matters.
• Monitor customer activity to identify new openings, refurbishments, and expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales to prepare commercial proposals and quotations.
• Prepare and manage admin documentation related to offers, projects and contracts.
• Keep commercial information up to date in internal systems (CRM/ERP).
• Generate reports on account activity and commercial performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client incidents or requests.
