Job summary

TRISON, a global company in digitalizing spaces, is seeking a Project Manager for the A Coruña office. You will coordinate space design studies for LED and audiovisual solutions for major brands, with a focus on international logistics and client coordination.

The role requires at least 2 years in logistics or foreign trade, fluent English, and strong organizational and analytical skills. Hybrid work with remote Fridays, flexible hours and 26 days of vacation are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in logistics and/or foreign trade.
• Fluent written and spoken English (other languages are a plus).
• Organized, dynamic and proactive, with planning and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients' logistics and installers to align project plans.
• Manage incidents and changes, updating client requirements across departments.
• Prepare and present client offers using the company's software.

What will be your mission?

To carry out space design studies for the integration of cutting‑edge LED and audiovisual solutions for major international brands.

What will your day‑to‑day life as a Project Manager be like?

• Ongoing communication with the logistics departments of clients and installers, in order to gather the necessary information on the planning of new openings, monitoring and updating of standards and procedures established by the client.
• Management of incidents and complaints attributable to your management area, communicating to the different departments involved, any modification or update of the client's requirements.
• Making customer offers through the company's own software.

What do we expect from you?

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar position (logistics and/or foreign trade) preferably in companies in the technology sector.
• Fluent written and spoken English (knowledge of other languages is an asset).
• Organized, dynamic and proactive person
• Analytical and detail oriented
• Capacity for planning, problem solving and teamwork.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Coordinar dentro de área logística internacional todas las tareas referentes al diseño, ejecución y coordinación de proyectos estratégicos en la digitalización de espacios.

¿Cómo será tu día a día como Project Manager?

• Comunicación permanente con los departamentos de logística de los clientes e instaladores, con el fin de recabar la información necesaria sobre la planificación de las nuevas aperturas, seguimiento y actualización de normas y procedimientos establecidos por el cliente.
• Gestión de incidencias y reclamaciones atribuibles a su área de gestión, comunicando a los diferentes departamentos implicados, cualquier modificación o actualización de los requerimientos del cliente.
• Realización de ofertas clientes a través del software propio de la empresa.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en puesto similar (logística y/o comercio exterior) preferiblemente en empresas del sector tecnológico
• Ingles fluido escrito y oral (valorables conocimientos de otros idiomas)
• Persona organizada, dinámica y proactividad
• Capacidad de análisis y orientación al detalle
• Capacidad de planificación, resolución de problemas y trabajo en equipo
