Job summary

ABB is seeking a proactive Sales & Service Support professional to manage service orders end-to-end, coordinate cross-functional processes, and monitor profitability and invoicing. The role requires SAP, Excel, and PowerBI proficiency, plus Spanish and English communication skills.

You will collaborate with Operations, Project Managers, Sales teams and customers to ensure accurate data, timely billing, and issue escalation as needed, while contributing to process improvements and efficiency

Qualifications

• An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership and commitment of orders and service process.
• 3 years of experience working as internal Sales & Service Support.
• Good capacity to adapt to constant changes, different tasks and responsibilities.
• Knowledge of SAP, Service module
• Knowledge of Excel and PowerBI.
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
• A native Spanish knowledge and medium English level.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all service order process, supporting the customer in each step, creating service, sales and purchase orders, ensuring data accuracy and completeness throughout the service lifecycle.
• Coordinate Sales Support activities required to support service operations, acting as the primary interface between Operations, Project Managers, Sales teams, and customers regarding administrative service matters.
• Perform service invoicing activities, monitor project and service order profitability, track revenue, costs, margins and backlog.
• Identify and analyze cost deviations and profitability risks, support monthly closing activities and financial reviews, follow up on outstanding customer receivables and overdue invoices.
• Participate in all Sales & Service Support team process, supporting internally the team or other teams in some actions.
• Have a good commitment to ensuring that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalation.
• Work with the leaders and all team to detect improvement areas in order to work in more efficient way and reduce manual tasks.
