Henry Schein in Madrid is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst (International Scope) to transform data into strategic insights across global markets. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to analyse trends, build dashboards and influence pricing and forecasting decisions.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, Excel mastery and experience with Power BI or Tableau. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement in Madrid with competitive salary and bonus opportunities.

Formación

• Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus.
• Experience with international or multi-country organisations.
• Ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English.

Sales Operations Analyst (International Scope) Business Unit: Endodontics Department: Commercial Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid) Reporting to: Senior Director International Salary: €50,000 + 10% Annual Bonus

Commercial Performance & Business Insights

• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Product Management teams to improve commercial performance.
• Analyse sales trends, customer behaviour and business performance across international markets.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPIs that enable better decision-making.
• Present clear recommendations and business insights to senior leadership.

Pricing, Forecasting & Financial Analysis

• Analyse pricing strategies, profitability and discount structures to maximise commercial performance.
• Support sales forecasting and annual planning processes.
• Evaluate price, volume and mix performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Build robust financial business cases for new product launches, including ROI and NPV modelling.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor market trends, competitive activity and commercial opportunities.
• Maintain international market intelligence reports using internal and external data sources.
• Partner with Marketing to measure campaign effectiveness, channel performance and commercial ROI.
• Provide strategic insights that support portfolio and lifecycle management.

Data Excellence

• Ensure high-quality commercial reporting through effective CRM and ERP data governance.
• Continuously improve reporting processes, dashboards and business intelligence capabilities.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines analytical excellence with commercial curiosity. Someone who enjoys asking "why", connecting the dots and influencing decisions through data.

• Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, Business Analysis, Commercial Finance or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar Business Intelligence tools is an advantage.
• Experience supporting international or multi-country commercial organisations.
• Ability to translate complex data into practical business recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional fluency in English.
