Formación

• Experience in sales support, marketing support, or administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational tasks.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and service-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in Spanish with strong proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support the sales team with daily operational and administrative customer needs.
• Coordinate and organize customer events, meetings, seminars, and trade shows.
• Arrange and ship product samples to customers.
• Coordinate the printing and preparation of marketing and sales materials.
• Assist with preparing materials and documentation for customer meetings.
• Track and manage sample requests, shipments, and event materials.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support sales and marketing activities.
• Maintain organized records related to events, samples, and marketing materials.
• Provide logistical and operational support for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
