Ennismore is offering an internship opportunity at Hyde Ibiza/Mondrian Ibiza focusing on hospitality marketing. The role supports campaigns, events planning, and client liaison while gaining hands-on experience across brand channels in a fast-paced environment.

Interns will contribute to social media, promotional materials, and internal communications, with accommodation provided and access to the group’s design tools like Canva.

Formación

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Hospitality, Marketing or related field.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• EU Nationality is required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including social media content creation and promotional materials.
• Assist events team with coordination of on-site and off-site events and cross-department communication.
• Prepare and distribute event orders and itineraries to internal teams.
• Meet with clients to understand needs and record event details accurately.
• Keep online channels up to date reflecting the brand at its best.
• Support graphic materials and presentations, with Canva if possible.
• Track results and identify improvements for future campaigns.

What you'll do

• Collaborating in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media content creation and promotional materials.
• Helping the events team with the coordination of on- site and off- site events, ensuring smooth communication between departments.
• Assisting in the preparation and distribution of event orders and itineraries to internal teams.
• Participating in meetings with clients to understand their needs and ensure all event details are accurately recorded.
• Collaborating on keeping our online channels up to date - always reflecting our best self.
• Supporting the creation of graphic materials and presentations (bonus points if you're into Canva or have a great eye for design! ) .
• Tracking results to understand what worked, what didn't, and how we can improve moving forward.

Requisitos

• EU Nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Other Languages is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Marketing or a related field.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast- paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
