Job summary

Mondrian & Hyde Ibiza is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Internship to support campaigns and events at our Cala Llonga properties in Ibiza. You will help create social content, assist the events team, and coordinate internal communications to deliver seamless experiences.

The role offers hands-on experience in luxury lifestyle branding and a pathway to learn from a fast-growing international group with strong hotel portfolios. Accommodation is included and there are development opportunities.

Qualifications

• EU Nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish. Other languages a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Marketing or related field.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including social media content creation and promotional materials.
• Helping events team coordinate on-site and off-site events with cross-department communication.
• Assisting in preparation and distribution of event orders and itineraries to internal teams.
• Participating in meetings with clients to understand needs and record event details.
• Maintaining online channels to reflect our best brand image.
• Supporting creation of graphic materials and presentations (Canva familiarity a plus).
• Tracking results to understand what works and opportunities to improve.

Job Description

What you'll do...

• Collaborating in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media content creation and promotional materials.
• Helping the events team with the coordination of on-site and off-site events, ensuring smooth communication between departments.
• Assisting in the preparation and distribution of event orders and itineraries to internal teams.
• Participating in meetings with clients to understand their needs and ensure all event details are accurately recorded.
• Collaborating on keeping our online channels up to date - always reflecting our best self.
• Supporting the creation of graphic materials and presentations (bonus points if you're into Canva or have a great eye for design!).
• Tracking results to understand what worked, what didn't, and how we can improve moving forward.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• EU Nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish. Other Languages is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Marketing or a related field.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
