Job summary

Mondrian Ibiza and Hyde Ibiza, operated by Ennismore, invite you to join an exciting internship program on Ibiza, Cala Llonga. You will gain hands-on experience in hospitality marketing, event planning, and cross-department collaboration.

Support campaigns, content creation, and event logistics while enjoying accommodation and daily lunch. A final project will be presented to the ExCom & Heads of Departments, showcasing your work and growth on a fast-growing international brand.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Hospitality, Marketing or related field.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in planning and executing marketing campaigns and social media content.
• Coordinate on-site and off-site events and ensure clear inter-department communication.
• Prepare and distribute event orders and itineraries to internal teams.
• Meet with clients to understand needs and record all event details.
• Keep online channels up to date reflecting the brand image.
• Assist in creating graphic materials and presentations (Canva preferred).
• Track results to improve future campaigns.

Mondrian & Hyde Ibiza¡Join us for a unique opportunity to showcase two one-of-a-kind lifestyle hotel brands coming to the idyllic Cala Llonga beach in Ibiza! Mondrian Ibiza is a sleek wonderland with 154 guest rooms and highly designed public spaces, including an expansive terrace with bay views. Hyde Ibiza is a festival-inspired food lovers paradise and showcase for music and nightlife, featuring 401 rooms with natural textures and artisan touches. Together the properties will have 7 restaurant and bar outlets, ranging from premium sushi and an ocean-to-table Balearic fare, all of them highly programmed. The hotels are operated by Ennismore, the fastest growing lifestyle hospitality company, in collaboration with Grupo Azul Mar Cala Llonga owned by Apollo.

What you’ll do…

• Collaborating in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media content creation and promotional materials.
• Helping the events team with the coordination of on-site and off-site events, ensuring smooth communication between departments.
• Assisting in the preparation and distribution of event orders and itineraries to internal teams.
• Participating in meetings with clients to understand their needs and ensure all event details are accurately recorded.
• Collaborating on keeping our online channels up to date — always reflecting our best self.
• Supporting the creation of graphic materials and presentations (bonus points if you’re into Canva or have a great eye for design!).
• Tracking results to understand what worked, what didn’t, and how we can improve moving forward.

What we are looking for:

• EU Nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Other Languages is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Marketing or a related field.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
