Mondrian Ibiza is offering a structured internship blending guest services and operations. You’ll assist the reception team with check-ins, respond to guest requests, and coordinate events with the Guest Experience team.

During five months starting in April, you’ll work across departments to ensure smooth service, maintain cleanliness standards, and learn hotel operations through training sessions and hands-on practice. Accommodation is provided, with meals included at the in-house restaurant.

Formación

• EU nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Internship lasts five months with an April start.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to tasks.
• Team-oriented with proactive attitude; strong problem-solving.

• Enter cases into Nubola and resolution.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• EU Nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish. Other Languages is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality or a related field.
• The minimum duration of the internship will be five months, with a planned start date in April.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different tasks.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
