Job summary

Mondrian Ibiza and Hyde Ibiza offer a unique internship opportunity on Cala Llonga beach. You will join the Guest Experience team, assisting reception, coordinating events, and helping maintain high service standards across both properties.

We look for EU nationals fluent in English and Spanish, pursuing or recently completing a hospitality degree. The program includes accommodation, lunches, and a final project presentation to Excom.

Qualifications

• EU nationality is required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a hospitality-related degree.
• internship duration of five months starting in April.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist reception with guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Provide personalised guest services and respond to requests promptly.
• Coordinate activities and events with the Guest Experience team.
• Help supervise cleanliness standards across the property.
• Address guest feedback and contribute to service improvements.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules and staff shifts.
• Participate in training sessions to learn hotel operations.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth communication.
• Enter cases into Nubola and support resolution.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

• Assist the reception desk with guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Provide personalised services to guests, responding promptly to questions and requests.
• Collaborate with the Guest Experience team to organise and coordinate activities and special events for guests.
• Help supervise and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the property.
• Address guest complaints or issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Help manage guest feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Help coordinate cleaning schedules and staff shifts.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to develop knowledge of hotel operations.
• Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
• Enter cases into Nubola and resolution.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• EU Nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish. Other Languages is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality or a related field.
• The minimum duration of the internship will be five months, with a planned start date in April.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different tasks.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
