TBEA Xian Electric Technology Co., Ltd. is seeking a driven sales professional to lead utility-scale solar project sales for inverters, energy storage solutions, and related services in Spain.

You will cultivate and expand relationships with key accounts, coordinate cross-functional resources, and help optimize designs and LOCE to meet customer needs. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years in solar sales or BD, strong teamwork and communication, and an understanding of local renewable

Formación

• 3+ years of sales or business development in utility-scale solar.
• Strong relationships with key accounts.
• Team player with target orientation.

• Good understanding of local renewable policies.
• Strong risk control in daily operations.
• Solar inverter or project development experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for sales of TBEA Solar Inverter and Power Station Solutions for utility-scale solar projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with the key accounts, organize and coordinate company resources to fully understand customers' requirements, help customer to optimize the design and improve LOCE.
• Make in-time market investigation and report to company, giving suggestions on company’s market development and approach strategy to the key accounts.
• Help to optimize company's sales, technical support, delivery and service procedures to improve customer satisfaction to get stable and long term customer support.
• Payment collection.

Job Description:

• 1. Responsible for the Sales of TBEA Solar Inverter and Power Station Solutions（both central and string inverter）, BESS solution, Statcom, Micro-grid, SCADA and TB-eCloud services in utility scale solar projects.
• 2. Develop and maintain strong relationship with the key accounts, organize and coordinate company resources to fully understand customers' requirements, help customer to optimize the design and improve LOCE.
• 3. Make in-time market investigation and report to company, giving suggestions on company’s market development and approach strategy to the key accounts;
• 4. Help to optimize company's sales, technical support, delivery and service procedures to improve customer satisfaction to get stable and long term customer support;
• 5. Payment collection;

Requirements:

• 1.Bachelor in sales, electronics, electrical, engineering or renewables, minimum 3-years of sales or business development experience in utility scale solar projects, having strong relationship with the key accounts.
• 2.Excellent teamwork player is a basic and must, and always target oriented.
• 3.Excellent communication skills and able to listen to customer’s requests carefully with patience, and strong coordination ability to lead the team to meet customer’s requirements.
• 4. Very good understanding of the local renewable policies.
• 5. Strong sense of risk control in daily operations.
• 6. Solar inverter, solar module sales and project development related experience is preferred.
